What we work on

Tap any service to open it. Most jobs start with a look at the problem and a written price — not an hourly meter running while someone figures it out.

01 Emergency & leak repairs burst pipes · dripping joints · shut-off valves

Water where it shouldn't be is the one call that can't wait. We trace the source rather than guessing at it — pressure-testing the line, checking joints and supply connections, and looking at the fixtures upstream before anyone starts opening a wall.

Typical work: repairing or replacing burst and pinhole-leaking copper and PEX, reseating and repacking shut-off valves, replacing failing supply lines to toilets and sinks, and stopping active leaks so the drying-out can start. If the leak is behind drywall or under a floor, we tell you what has to be opened up and why before we cut.

  • Active leaks stopped and the source identified, not just patched
  • Shut-off valve replacement so you can isolate water yourself next time
  • Written summary of what was found, in case insurance needs it
02 Drain & sewer clearing slow sinks · backed-up basements · root intrusion

A drain that drains slowly is telling you something. We clear the blockage and then look at why it happened — grease build-up, hair and soap in a bathroom line, or tree roots finding their way into a clay sewer lateral, which is common in older Mississauga neighbourhoods.

Kitchen and bathroom lines get snaked or jetted. Main sewer lines get camera-inspected so you can actually see the problem instead of taking someone's word for it. If the line is damaged rather than just blocked, we show you the footage and explain the options — repair, lining, or replacement — with the trade-offs spelled out.

  • Kitchen, bathroom, laundry and floor drains
  • Main sewer line clearing with camera inspection
  • Backwater valve advice for basements that flood
03 Water heaters no hot water · tank replacement · tankless

No hot water is usually one of three things: a failed heating element, a thermocouple or pilot problem on a gas unit, or a tank that has finally rusted through. We diagnose which before recommending replacement — a repair is often the honest answer.

When a tank does need replacing, we handle the removal and disposal, the new install, and the connections. If you're considering tankless, we'll talk through whether your gas supply, venting and household demand actually suit one, because it isn't the right call for every house.

  • Diagnosis and repair of gas and electric units
  • Tank replacement, including removal and disposal
  • Anode rod and expansion tank checks to extend tank life
04 Fixtures & installations taps · toilets · vanities · dishwashers

The unglamorous work that makes a house feel finished. Swapping a dripping tap, replacing a toilet that never flushed properly, fitting a new vanity and sink, hooking up a dishwasher or a washing machine so it doesn't leak behind the cabinet six months later.

We supply standard fixtures or install ones you've already bought — either is fine. If you've picked something that won't fit your existing rough-in, we'll tell you before we start rather than after.

  • Faucets, shower valves, toilets, sinks and vanities
  • Appliance hook-ups: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge water line
  • Outdoor taps and hose bibs, including freeze-proof replacement
05 Renovation & rough-in plumbing basements · bathrooms · kitchens · permits

If you're finishing a basement, adding a bathroom, or moving a kitchen, the plumbing has to be planned before the walls close — not after. We work from your drawings or come out and look at the space, then lay out the supply and drain runs so they actually work with your layout.

That includes rough-in for new fixtures, relocating drains, venting done to code, and coordinating with your contractor or tiler so nobody is waiting on anybody. Where a permit or inspection is required, we'll say so up front.

  • Basement bathroom and kitchen rough-ins
  • Drain and vent relocation for layout changes
  • Coordination with your general contractor and other trades
06 Maintenance & inspections pre-purchase checks · winterising · tune-ups

Cheaper than the emergency it prevents. A walk-through of the visible plumbing — supply lines, shut-offs, drains, water heater age and condition, any signs of past leaks — with a plain-language report of what's fine, what to watch, and what to budget for.

Useful before you buy a house, before a basement renovation, or before winter if you've had a line freeze before. We'll also show you where your main shut-off is and how to use it, which surprisingly few homeowners have been shown.

  • Pre-purchase and pre-renovation plumbing checks
  • Winterising and freeze-prevention for exposed lines
  • Water heater and fixture condition reports

How a job runs

No mystery pricing, no "we'll see when we get there." Four steps, and you know where you stand at each one.

  1. 1

    You describe the problem

Send the quote form, call, or text a photo. A photo of the leak or the fixture is often enough for us to tell you roughly what's involved and whether it's urgent.

  2. 2

    We look and price it

For anything beyond a simple swap, we come out, look at the actual situation, and give you a written price. If it's a job we can quote from photos, we'll do that and save you the visit.

  3. 3

    The work gets done

Agreed price, agreed day. We protect the floor and surrounding surfaces, keep the work area tidy as we go, and tell you if we find something that changes the scope — before doing it, not after.

  4. 4

    You get it in writing

What was replaced, what was tested, and anything worth watching. If a warranty applies to a part or the labour, it's on that sheet.

Why people call us back

Local, not a call centre

We work Mississauga and the west GTA. When you call, you're talking to someone who knows the housing stock here — the older clay sewer laterals, the 1960s copper that's starting to pinhole, the subdivisions where the water pressure runs high.

Priced before, not after

You get a number before work starts. If something unexpected turns up once we're in, we stop and tell you what it changes. No surprise line items on the invoice.

Licensed and insured

Licence [Licence / registration number], fully insured. We're happy to send proof of insurance before we start, which matters if you're a landlord or managing a commercial property.

We explain the why

You should understand what failed and why, so you can spot it next time. We'll show you the camera footage, the failed part, the shut-off valve — whatever makes it make sense.

Questions we get asked

Q1 Do you charge for a quote?

[State your policy — e.g. quotes are free within Mississauga, or a call-out fee applies and is credited against the work.]

Q2 How fast can you get here in an emergency?

[State your realistic response window and whether you take after-hours calls.] While you wait for us: shut off the main water valve, and if the leak is near anything electrical, kill the power to that area at the panel.

Q3 Do you handle permits and inspections?

[State whether you pull permits for rough-in and water heater work, and how that's handled in the quote.]

Q4 Can I supply my own fixtures?

Yes. We'll install fixtures you've bought. One thing worth knowing: if a fixture you supply fails, the manufacturer's warranty covers the part but not the labour to swap it, so we'll flag anything that looks like a risk before installing it.

Q5 Do you work with landlords and property managers?

[State whether you take on rental and small-commercial work, and how you handle tenant scheduling and invoicing.]
